A venue hands you a neutral room. Graphics make it yours
Almost every venue is neutral on purpose — beige walls, a bare wood dance floor, a blank span behind the head table. That blankness is what lets every couple and every host make the room their own, and printed graphics are the fastest, least fussy way to do it. A monogram under the first dance, your names across the bar front, a welcome sign at the door: none of it eats floor space, none of it has to be watered or plugged in, and all of it shows up in the photos.
We are a design, print, and install shop — the same one that wraps vehicles and builds storefront signage across St. Charles County. Everything on this page is made for your date, applied by us, and taken back down clean afterwards.
What we make for weddings and events
- Dance floor decals & full floor wraps — a center monogram, a border, or full coverage that reskins the whole floor. Printed on slip-rated floor vinyl, installed before doors, lifted at strike.
- Monograms & large logo graphics — one mark, sized big and repeated where it counts: the floor, the bar front, a feature wall, the glass at the entry.
- Signs, lettering & large letters — welcome signs, seating charts, bar menus, table numbers, cut vinyl on mirrors and acrylic, and cut letters big enough to read from the doorway.
- Backdrops & step-and-repeat — printed panels for a photo wall or a sponsor backdrop, on frames that pack down. The same hardware we use for trade show displays.
- Getaway car decals — cut vinyl on the back glass that peels off the next morning without a mark. The smallest job we do and one of the most photographed.
Not just weddings
The same materials and the same install crew cover most of what gets held in a ballroom or a tent. Corporate galas and award nights with a logo on the floor, sponsor graphics at a fundraiser, milestone anniversaries and retirement parties, graduations, quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, holiday parties, and grand openings. If it is a one-night room that needs to look like it belongs to somebody, it is the same job.
Corporate hosts usually come to us for a logo the room cannot miss, and one thing is worth knowing: the floor is one of very few surfaces a photographer shoots from above. A logo on a step-and-repeat gets cropped out of half the shots. A logo on the floor ends up under the group photo.
How the timeline usually runs
- Tell us the date, the venue, and roughly what you want. Photos of the room help more than measurements at this stage.
- We confirm what the venue allows. Adhesive graphics need the venue's yes in writing — we will tell you exactly what to ask them.
- We measure, or you send the rental company's spec. Floors, walls, and glass all get measured for real before anything is printed.
- Design and proof. You see it laid out at the real size, on the real surface, before we print. Nothing goes to print unapproved.
- Print and install. Most installs happen the morning of or the day before, inside the setup window the venue gives you.
- Strike. We come back and take it up, or the venue does — agreed in advance either way.
Working with planners, venues, and rental companies
Plenty of this work reaches us through a planner or a DJ rather than the couple, and that is the easiest version of the job. If you are a planner, send us the floor plan and the setup window and we will work to it. If you are a venue or a rental company and you want a wrap-ready spec sheet for the floors you own, ask — we would rather learn your floor's material and finish once than re-ask it every booking.
Scope, plainly
We do not rent dance floors, linens, tables, or light-up marquee letters, and we are not florists or planners. We make the printed and cut graphics, and we install them. If you need a physical dance floor, your venue or a rental company supplies it and we wrap the one they bring. That division is deliberate — we would rather do the graphics properly than half-own an event.

Get a quoteHow far ahead should we book?
Four to eight weeks is comfortable, and two to four weeks is workable for most floor and signage jobs once the artwork is settled. Spring and fall weekends fill first around here, so earlier is better. If your date is close, ask anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Do we need permission from our venue?
For anything adhesive — floor graphics, wall vinyl, window graphics — yes, and get it in writing. Most venues say yes to removable vinyl once they know it peels clean, but some historic and hardwood rooms do not allow it at all. Ask before you fall in love with a design, and we will tell you exactly what to put in the question.
Can you match our invitation suite or brand colors?
Yes. Send the invitation artwork, a PDF, or your brand colors and we will build the graphics to match. If your monogram only exists as a small image or a screenshot, we can redraw it clean for large-format print — that redraw is an itemized add-on, quoted up front, never a surprise.
What happens to the graphics after the event?
Floor and window vinyl is removable by design and comes up clean the same night or the next morning. Rigid signs, cut letters, and backdrops are yours to keep — plenty of people frame the welcome sign or hang the monogram at home.
