The cargo box is a long, flat, mostly uninterrupted wall — often 14, 16, 20, or 24 feet of side panel plus a full rear roll-up door. Install quirks we plan for
Box trucks come with their own challenges, and handling them well is what separates a wrap that lasts from one that peels. Corrugated or ribbed rear doors need extra heat, careful post-heating, and the right material so the vinyl seats into the channels and stays there. Rivets, seams between panels, side marker lights, and the gap around the roll-up track all get attention during install. We surface-prep every panel so adhesion holds through Missouri summers and winters, and we account for the truck box flexing on the road. Bigger trucks mean more material and more labor than a car, so we wrap them at our O'Fallon shop where the space, lighting, and climate control let us do it right.
