Food truck wraps that make people hungry from down the block
A food truck is a kitchen, a sign, and a menu rolling down the street all at once. We design, print, and install food truck and concession trailer wraps that make your brand impossible to miss and easy to order from.
A wrap that sells before you take the first order
Your truck pulls up to a brewery lot, a festival, or a busy corner in downtown St. Louis, and you have about three seconds to tell a crowd what you serve and why they should walk over. A great food truck wrap does that work for you. We build wraps that read as a mobile billboard at a distance and a menu board up close — big appetizing imagery and your name visible from across a parking lot, then service-window details, social handles, and a few hero items where people actually stand in line. Everything is designed, printed, and installed at our O'Fallon, MO shop, so the whole project happens in one place and your truck gets back to earning.
Food trucks and concession trailers are not like wrapping a car. The panels are tall and flat, broken up by service windows, serving counters, awnings, propane doors, generator vents, diamond-plate trim, and rivet lines. We measure those obstacles up front and lay out your art so the logo and menu land on clean, flat real estate — not buried behind a window frame or chopped in half by a seam. On a stand-alone concession trailer the tongue, fenders, and rear doors all become design space too.
Built for grease, heat, and a daily washdown
The food world is hard on graphics. Your truck lives outside, the exterior near the cook line runs hot, and the whole rig gets sprayed down constantly. We print on cast vinyl with a laminate over the top, which protects the ink from UV fade, grease, citrus cleaners, and pressure washing far better than an unlaminated print. A few things we plan around for kitchens on wheels:
- Heat zones — panels near fryers, flat-tops, and exhaust get hotter, so material choice and seam placement matter there.
- Wash-friendly surfaces — laminated graphics stand up to regular cleaning; we will walk you through care so the colors stay bright.
- Textured and riveted panels — trailers often have diamond-plate and rivets that need extra technique to seal down.
- Health-code clearances — we keep graphics off serving surfaces and away from anything that has to stay food-safe.
Most single trucks are a multi-day job from final install to drive-away, depending on coverage and how much prep the surface needs. We will give you a realistic timeline so you can plan around bookings and events.
Who we build food truck wraps for
We wrap startups launching their first rig, established restaurants adding a mobile arm, coffee and dessert trailers, BBQ and taco trucks, and catering companies running a small fleet. If you are putting more than one truck on the road, a consistent look ties them together — see our fleet wraps approach. Not ready for full coverage on a tight launch budget? A partial wrap or clean vehicle lettering and decals can still make a sharp first impression, and you can scale up later. We also handle the signs and banners that travel with the truck — menu boards, A-frames, and event banners that match the wrap exactly.
Design is where the value gets made. If you already have brand art, we will work from it; if you do not, our in-house design and AI-assisted recreation is a paid add-on that gets your logo and menu camera-ready for large format. When you are ready, request a quote and tell us the make, model, and dimensions of your truck or trailer.

Get a quoteWill the wrap survive constant cleaning and the heat near the cook line?
Yes. We print on cast vinyl with a protective laminate that handles UV, grease, and regular washdowns, and we plan material and seam placement around the hotter panels near fryers and exhaust. We will give you a simple care routine to keep the colors bright.
Can you wrap a concession trailer, not just a truck?
Absolutely. Concession and food trailers are a great canvas — the tall flat sides, rear doors, and tongue all become design space. We work around rivets, diamond-plate, service windows, and awnings so your logo and menu land on clean panels. Trailer wraps are one of our specialties.
How long will my truck be out of service?
Most single trucks are a multi-day project once design is approved, depending on coverage and how much surface prep is needed. We schedule the install around your event calendar and give you a realistic drive-away date up front so you are not guessing.
